Description: Join our team as a Business/International Management Specialist and play a pivotal role in overseeing our global operations and strategic initiatives. In this dynamic role, you will utilize your business acumen and leadership skills to drive growth and success in international markets.

Requirements:

  1. PhD and/or Master’s degree student or graduate in Business Administration, International Business, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  2. Proven experience in business management, strategic planning, or international business roles.
  3. Strong understanding of business principles, market dynamics, and global business trends.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  6. Effective leadership and decision-making abilities.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  9. Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic global environment.
  10. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s presence in international markets.
  2. Mentor younger students.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and risks in target regions.
  4. Establish and maintain relationships with international partners, stakeholders, and government agencies.
  5. Oversee international business operations, including sales, marketing, supply chain, and logistics.
  6. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute international business initiatives and projects.
  8. Ensure compliance with local regulations, laws, and business practices in international markets.
  9. Provide leadership and guidance to international teams and departments.
  10. Participate in negotiations, contract agreements, and business development activities.
  11. Stay updated on international business trends, geopolitical developments, and economic conditions that may impact the company’s operations.
